New York – Paul Hastings LLP advised Banc of California, Inc., in its acquisition of Global Payroll Gateway, Inc.’s payments platform and technology, as well as the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary Deepstack Technologies.

The acquisition provides Banc of California with a proprietary technology platform for payment processing to offer a best-in-class one-stop payments solution, enabling the bank to market payment processing services to diverse business clients.
