New York and Washington, D.C. – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it advised Getir B.V., a leading international rapid grocery delivery application company, in a definitive agreement to acquire all of the shares of online grocery startup Huvi Technologies Inc. (commonly known as BLOK). This acquisition will enable Getir to immediately expand its operations into Spain and Italy, to be followed by Portugal.
