Paul Hastings LLP is advising Goldman Sachs on its $5.25 billion of committed bridge financing in connection with leading midstream energy infrastructure company ONEOK’s (NYSE: OKE) $18.8 billion acquisition of Magellan Midstream Partners (NYSE: MMP), a publicly traded partnership that transports, stores, and distributes refined petroleum products and crude oil. The completion of the transaction will create a combined company with a total enterprise value of approximately $60 billion.
