Chicago – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced that the firm advised HydraForce, a leader in high performance hydraulic fluid power cartridge valves, custom manifolds, and electro-hydraulic controls, in entering into an agreement to sell the company to Bosch Rexroth, a subsidiary of Bosch. Both sides agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.  The transaction is subject to anti-trust approval.

The combination of HydraForce and Bosch Rexroth will create a broader and deeper product portfolio, as well as enhanced regional customer support and sales channels.

M&A Partner Brian Richards led the Paul Hastings team, which also included Tax partner Jim Smulkowski, of counsel Jeremy Rocklage, and associates Kimberly Franssen and Aliya Brown.
