Paul Hastings Advises Sino-Ocean Group in Sale to Swire Properties

Paul Hastings LLP is advising Sino-Ocean Group in the sale of its interest in Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu to Swire Properties for a total consideration of US$800 million.

Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu is a retail-led mixed-use development in southwestern China jointly launched by Sino-Ocean Group and Swire Properties in 2015. The transaction will be completed over three phases with the final phase closing by April 2023.

Partner Vivian Lam is leading the Paul Hastings team, which also includes of counsel Jeff Lee and legal manager Alex Chan. Partner Peter Cheng, and associates Jessica Lam and Aaron Long are advising on Hong Kong regulatory compliance issues of the transaction.
