Paul Hastings LLP is advising Goldman Sachs and the other underwriters in connection with leading midstream energy infrastructure company ONEOK’s (NYSE: OKE) $5.25 billion senior notes offering. The proceeds from the offering will be used to fund the cash consideration for ONEOK’s merger with Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. (NYSE: MMP), a publicly traded partnership that transports, stores, and distributes refined petroleum products and crude oil. Paul Hastings previously advised Goldman Sachs on the $5.25 billion bridge financing for ONEOK in connection with the merger.
