Paris – Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today the appointment of two new Of Counsels: Charlotte Dupont (Corporate Department) and Thomas Pulcini (Tax Department).

These appointments, effective February 1, 2022, are part of the growth of the firm's Private Equity team in Paris, which is composed of 12 partners and around 30 associates.

Charlotte Dupont, who joined the Corporate department in 2015, specializes in all aspects of M&A transactions and, more specifically, on private equity transactions. She advises various investment funds and managers on LBO and growth capital transactions, as well as listed or non-listed companies on their external growth or reorganization operations.

Charlotte holds a Master II in Business and Tax Law from the University of Orleans (2009) and a Master in International Law and Management from ESCP Europe (2010).

A lawyer since 2013, Thomas Pulcini began his career in the tax team of the Paris office and has since worked mainly with partner Allard de Waal. Thomas Pulcini specializes in transactional taxation and has developed a strong experience in private equity transactions. He advises many private equity funds and managers in LBO and growth capital transactions, as well as listed or non-listed companies on their external growth or reorganization operations.

Thomas holds a PhD in tax law from the University of Paris-Est Créteil.
