New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Citigroup, BofA Securities, Barclays, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Securities as joint book-running managers for Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc.’s (NYSE: BXMT) public offering of convertible senior notes.

Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc., a real estate finance company that originates senior loans collateralized by commercial real estate in North America, Europe and Australia, sold a total of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 5.50% convertible senior notes due 2027. The company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $45 million aggregate principal amount of the notes solely to cover overallotments, if any.  Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. is externally managed by a subsidiary of Blackstone Inc.
