(NASDAQ:VIVO), a leading global provider of diagnostic testing solutions and life science raw materials. Meridian stock will no longer be traded on the NASDAQ Global Select Market and its shareholders will have the right to receive $34 per share. The company will continue to operate as an independent entity.

Securities Deal of the Year: Equity: LG Energy Solution’s initial public offering in South Korea

Paul Hastings advised LG Energy Solution in its US$10.7 billion global offering and listing on the Korea Exchange. This record-setting listing is the largest IPO in South Korean capital markets to date. Morgan Stanley and KB Securities acted as the joint lead managers.
