Century City, CA – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Appetize Technologies, a leading digital and mobile commerce platform for enterprise businesses, in the sale of the company to SpotOn Transact Inc. for $415 million in cash and stock.

As part of the transaction, SpotOn announced $300 million in Series E funding to complete the acquisition.
