São Paulo, Brazil – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented SYN PROP E TECH S.A., a Brazilian real estate company, in the sale of its stakes in four office buildings to Brookfield Asset Management for approximately BRL1.8 billion (approximately $318 million). The deal is the largest real estate transaction in Brazil in 2021 to date.

The properties include FL Financial Center, Faria Lima Square, JK 1455 and Miss Silvia Morizono, all located in heart of the city's financial district.
