Overview

Abigail Wald is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Francisco office.  She has experience in complex civil litigation in federal and state courts and arbitrations, including in the areas of fraud, securities, breach of contract, antitrust, unfair competition, privacy, consumer protection, and construction defect disputes.  Ms. Wald also has experience with the Bank Secrecy Act, state money transmission and licensed lending laws, and other state and federal statutes related to money movement.  She represents a diverse group of technology companies in cases across the country through all phases of litigation.
