Overview
Allison Talker is an associate in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice includes all aspects of employment law, including single plaintiff and class or collective actions, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, advice and counseling, pay equity, and wage and hour matters.
Mrs. Talker received her B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University in 2019. She received her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law in 2022. During law school, she was a law clerk for the Criminal Division of the California U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Government Law Section of the California Attorney General’s Office. She spent her third year of law school at Harvard University, where she was involved in the Religious Freedom Clinic and Family & Domestic Violence Law Clinic.
