
Overview
Austin Prouty is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. His practice focuses on securities litigation, internal investigations, and complex business litigation.
Mr. Prouty received his law degree from UC Hastings College of the Law in 2019, where he served as an Articles Editor of the Hastings Law Journal. During law school, he externed for the Honorable Elizabeth Laporte of the Northern District of California and for the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from CSU Monterey Bay in 2012. Mr. Prouty is admitted to practice in California.
