
Overview
Cheryl Saban is a partner in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Ms. Saban’s practice includes defending employers against discrimination, harassment, FMLA, wage and hour, and other employment claims in court, arbitration proceedings, and before government agencies. She also counsels employers on issues such as staff reductions, creating policies, and strategies to avoid employment litigation.
