
Overview
Sachiko Taniguchi is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Ms. Taniguchi’s practice focuses on representing multi-national clients in complex litigation and international arbitration as well as cross-border investigation. Ms. Taniguchi has represented clients that operate in multi-jurisdictions in international disputes involving cross-border joint ventures, license agreements, and U.S. government enforcement initiatives. With her strong cultural fluency and bilingual skills, Ms. Taniguchi is experienced in representing Japanese corporations in international commercial disputes.
