
Overview
Vincent Wang is Partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the Hong Kong office. Mr. Wang has extensive experience in capital markets transactions, in particular advising PRC companies and financial institutions on their listings and debts offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Wang also advises on mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments and other general corporate work. Prior to joining Paul Hastings in 2015, Mr. Wang worked at other international law firms for a number of years. Mr. Wang is fluent in Mandarin and English. He has been recognized as a recommended lawyer in the The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific Rankings 2017-2022.
