Chicago - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Pfingsten Partners, L.L.C in their acquisition of Sign-Zone, a manufacturer of wide format, portable promotional signage and displays under the Showdown Displays, Creative Banner Displays and Victory Corps brand names. The transaction closed on May 1, 2017.
The Paul Hastings team was led by Private Equity partner Brian Richards, and also included partners Ziemowit Smulkowski and Lisa Rushton and associates Jason Griffith, Holly Snow, Todd Schneider, Joe Hammon, Sam Domjen and Jennifer Gaudette.
