AC Immune SA (Nasdaq: ACIU) is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company pioneering precision medicine for neurodegenerative diseases. The company plans to use the proceeds from the offering to strategically invest in research and clinical development of its current pipeline, technology platforms, working capital, capital expenditures, and general corporate purposes.
