Alex Herman Named a Law360 ‘Rising Star’

Law360 has recognized Paul Hastings Capital Markets partner Alex Herman as a 2025 “Rising Star” in Capital Markets law. Alex is noted for her work on cross-border initial public offerings and novel financing deals in Latin America and the Caribbean, including representing several of the world’s most prominent financial services companies in connection with the largest-ever corporate bond issuance out of Peru. She recently represented pork producer Smithfield Foods in its $522 million multijurisdictional IPO, one of the 10 largest so far this year.
