Eduardo Gallardo and Eric Schiele Named to Forbes List of America’s Top M&A Lawyers

Forbes has named M&A practice co-chairs Eduardo Gallardo and Eric Schiele to its inaugural list of America’s Top M&A Lawyers 2025.
The list spotlights “the finest attorneys in the field of mergers and acquisitions.”
Eduardo has led some of the most significant transactions in the market, including Pactiv Evergreen’s $6.7 billion take-private by Novolex, Unifirst’s $5.3 billion response to a hostile takeover bid by Cintas and Thoughtworks’ $1.75 billion take-private by Apax Funds.
Eric has advised on more than $1.2 trillion in announced deals — making him one of the youngest dealmakers ever to surpass the trillion-dollar mark. Within the past 12 months, he has advised Amcor in its $37 billion merger with Berry Global, Kellanova in its $35.9 billion sale to Mars and Carlisle Companies in the $2 billion sale of Carlisle Interconnect Technologies to Amphenol.
