Isaac Sasson Named to ABI’s ‘40 Under 40’

The American Bankruptcy Institute recognized Financial Restructuring partner Isaac Sasson in this year’s 40 Under 40 class, which honors rising industry leaders under the age of 40.
The annual program recognizes professionals “making a meaningful impact in the bankruptcy and insolvency community through their leadership, achievements and service.”
Isaac represents creditors, ad hoc groups, private credit funds, CLOs, distressed funds, official committees and companies in complex restructurings, capital solutions and liability management transactions. His experience includes advising on major in-court and out-of-court matters, such as FTX ($20-plus billion), Franchise Group ($2.4 billion), Western Dental ($1 billion), Athletico ($955 million) and Empire Today ($800 million) in the last few years alone.
Isaac and his fellow honorees will be recognized Dec. 4 during the ABI's Winter Leadership Conference in Palm Desert, California.
