Paul Hastings partners Jennifer E. Daly and Marija Pecar were named by Lawdragon to its inaugural list of leading special situations lawyers.

Jennifer is head of Private Credit & Special Situations and serves as lead counsel for private credit funds, special situation and opportunistic funds, business development companies and hedge funds, among many others. Her practice encompasses leveraged finance, liability management and other secured and unsecured lending transactions, with a focus on both performing credit and the finance elements of in-court and out-of-court workouts and restructurings.
Marija, a Finance and Restructuring partner, advises on a wide range of capital solutions involving both performing and non-performing debt. Her practice focuses on a variety of opportunistic and hybrid credit transactions, direct lending, bridge and rescue financings, liability management transactions, loan-to-own and other distress-for-control transactions, and both domestic and cross-border restructurings (including Chapter 11 debtor-in-possession financings).
