Jennifer Hildebrandt Named One of LA’s ‘Leaders of Influence in Banking & Finance’

The Los Angeles Business Journal recognized Global Finance partner Jennifer B. Hildebrandt among this year’s Leaders of Influence: Banking & Finance.

Jennifer represents banks and other lenders in commercial finance matters, restructurings, workouts and special situation lending. She has extensive experience in multi-tranche and multi-lien transactions — in particular, representing lenders in two-lien deals, split collateral deals and first-out/last-out unitranche transactions.
