Paul Hastings Wins Two ‘Transaction of the Year’ Awards From IJGlobal Investor

Paul Hastings was honored with two Transaction of the Year awards at the IJGlobal Investor Awards 2025. The awards highlight “the best fundraising and deployment, as well as M&A activity, in the energy and infrastructure sector.”
The firm was recognized for the following deals:
- Oil & Gas Deal of the Year, North America: ONEOK Acquisition
Paul Hastings LLP advised J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs in providing $6 billion in committed financing for ONEOK’s acquisition from Global Infrastructure Partners of its 100% equity interest in Medallion Midstream, as well as its approximately 43% equity interest, and noneconomic ownership interest in the managing member, of Enlink Midstream.
- Restructure of the Year, North America: Cricket Valley
Paul Hastings represented EIG Credit Management and HPS Investment Partners as first lien lenders in connection with a first priority credit agreement with U.S. Bank Trust as administrative agent and collateral agent, and Cricket Valley Energy Center as borrower, as part of a broader restructuring and financing transaction for Cricket Valley.
