Stefan Mrozinski Named Among 15 Leading Middle East Dealmakers

September 17, 2026

Law Middle East has named Corporate partner Stefan Mrozinski to its inaugural M&A List 2026, which recognizes 15 private practice dealmakers.

The list singles out dealmakers “whose work has helped shape the region’s corporate landscape over the past 12 months.”

The publication assessed nominees based on the quality and complexity of their transactions; their work’s strategic importance to clients, stakeholders and the wider market; their individual leadership, influence and market reputation; and client and peer feedback. According to Law Middle East, the selected lawyers reflect “the increasingly sophisticated nature of dealmaking across the Middle East.”

Law Middle East highlights that Stefan has "built a practice around one of the Middle East's fastest-growing areas in the deal economy: digital infrastructure," noting that he has "led a series of strategic digital infrastructure investments and joint ventures for major Abu Dhabi institutional investors and technology groups.”  He advises on a wide range of strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, asset monetizations and other capital recycling transactions across the Middle East and internationally.

The recognition underscores the continued growth of Paul Hastings’ Corporate and M&A capabilities in the Middle East. Stefan’s combination of sophisticated transactional experience, commercial judgment and understanding of regional markets is increasingly valuable as Gulf investors deploy capital in digital infrastructure and other strategic sectors at home and internationally.
