Three Partners Named Law360 MVPs

November 13, 2025

Law360 has named three Paul Hastings partners to its 2025 class of legal industry MVPs. Cameron W. Fox was recognized in Employment, Jayme Goldstein in Bankruptcy and Jennifer St. John Yount in Banking.

The 2025 list spotlights attorneys who have “distinguished themselves from their peers by securing significant achievements in high-stakes litigation, complex global matters and record-breaking deals.”

Cameron, who is chair of the Traditional Labor practice, has guided such high-profile clients as Levi Strauss & Co., Cognizant and the University of Southern California to victory in disputes closely watched by labor groups and the public.

Jayme co-chairs the Financial Restructuring group and is known for successfully representing creditors with billions at stake in complex negotiations. He has prevailed for ad hoc lenders in the recent Chapter 11 proceedings for Diamond Sports Group, FRG and Everstream.

Jennifer co-chairs the Global Finance practice and has advised on more than a dozen $1 billion-plus “mega deals” in the last year, including Apollo and BC Partners’ acquisition of a Canadian waste management company valued at CA$8 billion and Clearlake Capital’s $5.3 billion majority growth investment in ModMed.
