Two Partners Honored at 2025 IFLR Americas Awards

IFLR recognized Kris Hansen, co-chair of the Financial Restructuring practice, and Jonice Gray, chair of the Consumer Financial Services practice, with top awards at the IFLR Americas Awards 2025.
Kris was named to the Dealmakers Hall of Fame: United States after precedent-setting work this past year, including representing the unsecured creditors’ committee in FTX’s Chapter 11 cases, the unsecured creditors’ committee in the Chapter 11 cases of WeWork, asset-based lenders in the bankruptcy of Steward Health and Barnes & Noble Education in a refinancing.
Jonice received IFLR’s award for Outstanding Contribution to Regulatory Reform. Jonice represents financial services clients in high-stakes regulatory, government enforcement and litigation matters. She is sought after for matters that hold the potential to reshape the regulatory landscape, and in the past year alone, has secured closure or dismissal of over half a dozen government enforcement matters involving banks, nonbank finance companies and other industry participants.
The IFLR Americas awards celebrate “work that improves the cross-border investment environment,” honoring individuals who shaped legal innovation and regulatory advancement over the past year.
