Overview

Alan Huang is an associate in the Litigation Department and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.  His practice focuses on complex litigation, government investigations, white-collar defense and regulatory counseling.

Alan's work focuses on representing individuals, corporations and financial institutions in state and federal matters involving civil litigation, commercial disputes, and regulatory challenges and compliance. Alan has experience representing the United States government by contributing to high-profile cases during his internship at the Department of Justice Federal Programs Branch, as well as contributing to filing briefs in circuit courts of appeals and amicus briefs to the United States Supreme Court.

Alan received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as executive editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. During law school, Alan served as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and law clerk for the Department of Justice Office of Immigration Litigation Appellate Section and Federal Programs Branch. Alan is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
