Anthony Hilbert is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm's Houston office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets transactions. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Anthony was part of the Corporate group of an international law firm.

Anthony has represented financial and strategic buyers and sellers in public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance matters. He has experience representing clients across industries, including in traditional and renewable energy, oilfield services, software, manufacturing, shipping, and real estate. Anthony serves as the Vice Chair of the Houston Bar Association Corporate Counsel Section and writes about legal developments in the energy space.

Anthony received his law degree, with Honors, from Emory University School of Law in 2019. He earned a Master of Arts degree and Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2015 and 2013, respectively. Anthony is admitted to practice in Texas and Georgia.
