
Overview
Dr. Magda Vasiadi has joined the firm as an IP Life Sciences litigation associate. Magda has multiple years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing worldwide patent portfolios covering biologics and pharmaceuticals. She has represented and counseled large pharmaceutical corporations, start-ups, and universities, and has developed patent prosecution strategies involving diverse technologies, such as cell-based therapies, vaccines, oncolytic viruses, peptide therapeutics, and small molecules. Magda has also supported litigation teams in ITC and PTAB cases. She also has experience in intellectual property due diligence and freedom to operate opinion work.
