Among those deals, specifically, the profile noted their joint representation of Fox in its acquisition of Mar Vista Entertainment. Mr. Hernand was recognized for guiding HYBE in its acquisition of Scooter Braun’s Ithaca Holdings while Ms. Williams was recognized for her work for 777 Partners crafting the financing for the acquisition of STX Entertainment.
