Amiri Lampley is a litigation associate in the Investigations and White Collar Defense practice in the Chicago office of Paul Hastings. Her practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, futures and derivatives enforcement and other general litigation matters. Amiri represents companies and individuals in high-stakes criminal investigations and civil enforcement actions, including matters involving the DOJ, SEC, and other domestic and international regulatory authorities.
Secured dismissal of a $300 million class action lawsuit alleging violations of the WARN Act on behalf of a major transportation holding company.
