Jill Rogowski is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. She brings six years of experience as a federal prosecutor to assisting clients with antitrust and competition issues, including cartel defense, criminal investigations and litigation.
Served as DOJ trial counsel in two multi-month, 10-defendant antitrust trials in the District of Colorado.
Led a DOJ investigation into bid rigging and fraud affecting public schools resulting in one corporate guilty plea and seven individual guilty pleas in the Eastern District of Louisiana, Northern District of Mississippi and Southern District of Mississippi.
