Shera Y. Kwak is an associate in the Employment Law practice and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Shera represents employers in all aspects of employment law in single-plaintiff, class action, collective action and representative matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment and trade secret matters. Additionally, Shera regularly assists employers to advise on personnel issues and review and revise employment policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Shera served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Susan van Keulen of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, a judicial extern to the Honorable Andrew J. Guilford (Ret.) of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and a law clerk at the Sacramento City Attorney’s Office.
