Leading UK Real Estate Partner David Ryland Joins Paul Hastings

has joined the London office as a partner today.

Mr. Ryland specialises in commercial real estate with particular emphasis on UK and European property funds, property finance, hotel transactions and development. He advises banks, fund managers, hotel operators and investors in the real estate, funds and corporate real estate sectors on investment mechanisms including limited partnerships, offshore trusts and non-resident listed vehicles and transactions.
