Paul Hastings Continues London Office Expansion with Addition of Leading Funds Partner Duncan Woollard

London, UK – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that leading private investment funds partner 

 will join the London office as a partner in the Corporate practice. Mr. Woollard will be joining the firm from King & Wood Mallesons.

Mr. Woollard advises on a wide range of private equity and fund structuring matters. He specializes in the raising of  investment funds in the private equity sector as well as in venture capital, infrastructure, direct lending, real estate, mezzanine lending and distressed debt. His practice encompasses advice to general partners, institutional investors and investment advisers on all aspects of complex fund-raisings, including on fund structuring, fund management businesses, carried interest, co-investment and other incentive schemes, restructurings, secondary transactions and fund investments.

Mr. Woollard is recommended by leading legal guides including Chambers UK and Legal 500, and will lead the private funds practice for the firm in London.
