The Deal Names Paul Hastings Middle-Market Law Firm of the Year and Anu Balasubramanian as Private Equity Dealmaker of the Year

London – Paul Hastings LLP was named “Middle‑Market Law Firm of the Year” and partner

In the past 12 months under Balasubramanian’s leadership, the London Private Equity practice has advised private equity sponsors on more than 15 closed deals with a total transaction value of more than €6.5 billion.
