Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Golub Capital in relation to the financing of Genesis Bidco Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Basware, in their pending acquisition of Glantus Holdings PLC, an Irish public to private transaction. The transaction is subject to shareholder approval and customary closing conditions.
