Paul Hastings LLP advised Kiloutou, a leading generalist equipment rental company in Europe and portfolio company of HLD and Dentressangle, in connection with the issuance of €650 million senior secured floating rate notes due 2030, and related tender and exchange offers. The notes were used to refinance Kiloutou’s senior secured floating rate notes due 2027 and its senior secured floating rate notes due 2026, and to repay certain amounts under its revolving credit facility.
