Paul Hastings Advises Barclays on the Inaugural Public Term ABS Transaction of Admiral Money Originated Personal Loans

Paul Hastings LLP advised Barclays as arranger and lead manager in connection with a forward flow facility and inaugural public ABS transaction called Morglas ABS 2025-1 PLC. The transaction is backed by a portfolio of unsecured, fixed rate, fully amortizing personal loans originated by Admiral Financial Services Limited t/a Admiral Money.
Asset-Backed Finance partner Brian Maher led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partners Victoria Morton and Megan Roberts, associate Simon Nikolov and trainee associate Samuel Lewis.
