Paul Hastings Advises Cashco on Acquisition of 3B Controls

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Cashco, a portfolio company of May River Capital, on its acquisition of 3B Controls, a U.K. manufacturer of specialized solutions for storage tanks.
