Paul Hastings Advises Infopro Digital Group on €100 Million High Yield Private Placement

Paul Hastings LLP advised Infopro Digital Group, a portfolio company of private equity fund TowerBrook that offers B2B information and technology services and solutions for professional communities, in connection with the issuance of €100 million in aggregate principal amount of additional 5.500% senior secured notes due 2031. The proceeds of the additional notes were used to finance the acquisition of the EHS division of Karnov Group.
