Paul Hastings Advises Lendable on Debut Entry Into Public ABS Market

Paul Hastings LLP advised Lendable, a leading U.K. consumer finance platform, on its inaugural public securitization of £500 million (approximately $671 million) of STS-eligible securities backed by U.K. consumer loans — the largest U.K. public placement of such securities to date.
Partner Thomas Picton led the Paul Hastings team, which also included of counsel Kevin Taylor, and associates Courtney Kinnely and Simon Nikolov.
