Paul Hastings Advises the Initial Purchasers in Lineage’s €700 Million Senior Notes Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised the initial purchasers in an offering of €700 million of senior notes due 2031 by Lineage Europe Finco B.V., an indirect subsidiary of Lineage Inc., the world's largest temperature-controlled warehouse real estate investment trust.
