Securities Litigation

A Securities Litigation Powerhouse

Our securities litigators have successfully defended hundreds of securities actions in Federal and state courts across the country. We have obtained scores of victories on early motions to dismiss, we have repeatedly defeated class certification, we have won summary judgments, and we are among the very few law firms to go to trial and win class action cases based on federal securities claims. We are experienced trial lawyers with a long record of obtaining successful results in the courtroom, and our lawyers have represented prominent institutions and individuals in every type of securities litigation.

Our experienced team includes former prosecutors with the DOJ, former enforcement lawyers with the SEC, civil trial lawyers who regularly defend class actions and derivative lawsuits, and appellate specialists who have pursued our clients’ interests on appeal all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, often setting significant and favorable precedent along the way. Through our active national practice, our lawyers have aggressively shaped and developed U.S. securities law from coast to coast.
