Aaron Brady is an associate in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office.

Aaron advises and represents asset managers and sponsors on the structuring, formation, fundraising and ongoing operation of private investment funds across a broad range of asset classes. Aaron also advises on financial services regulations and alternative investment fund matters for clients operating across multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Aaron was an associate in the Tier 1 investment funds and asset management practice of a leading Irish law firm, based in the firm’s London office.
