Aaron Reuben works on environmental law, land use, and other contract matters for renewable energy and real estate projects.
In connection with corporate mergers, acquisitions, investments, and divestitures, Mr. Reuben counsels on environmental and real estate matters. He also helps clients navigate hazardous substance laws, the California Environmental Quality Act, California Coastal Act, and Clean Water Act.
For real estate developments, Mr. Reuben works on construction contracts and joint venture agreements. His real estate practice includes commercial leasing, data center transactions, acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Reuben has worked on matters across asset classes, nationally and internationally.
Mr. Reuben received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2021, where he was a Business Law Scholar. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University and graduated summa cum laude. Mr. Reuben is admitted to practice law in California.
