
Overview
Alan Skerritt is an associate in the London office of Paul Hastings. He advises sponsors, investment and asset managers, and institutional investors on the formation, structuring and operation of open-ended and closed-ended private investment funds and separate accounts across a wide range of jurisdictions and asset classes, including infrastructure, real estate, private equity, venture capital and real estate debt. His practice includes complex cross-border structuring, fundraising including investor negotiations and governance matters, as well as the interpretation and restructuring of legacy fund documentation and the establishment of co-investment and carried interest arrangements.

- Advising NREP (now part of Urban Partners) on the establishment and operation of its flagship multistrategy real estate funds, including NSF II, NSF III and NSF IV, as well as the Nordic Real Estate Fund and NREP Logistics Property Fund, and on related co-investment arrangements.
