Overview
Alec Bodendorfer is an associate in the Executive Compensation, Benefits and ERISA practice and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. His practice is primarily focused on issues related to Title I of ERISA, including fiduciary responsibility and prohibited transaction rules. Alec assists with the structuring, formation and operation of investment funds and with ERISA matters in structured finance transactions.
